Let’s do a Bewitching Halloween Boudoir Session.
Tis the season, my friends. No, not THAT season. I’m talking Halloween. A time where everyone can be who they want to be and add their own spin on it. And this season is a great reason to get a bewitching boudoir session in.
Angel, devil, superhero, witch, cartoon character, literary character, et cetera. You name it, we can photograph it. Bring your Halloween costumes, or any sexy outfits you want, and come have a spooktacular time. We can photograph it here in studio or out on location.
The best part? You can do the session before going to a Halloween party. Get all done up, get your images done, and then head on out to the evening’s festivities. Two birds, one stone. Or you could opt for a stand alone session before things get hectic.
You could do a solo session, team up with your bffs, or do a session with your significant other. It’s all up to you.

We did a sensual session when she was here visiting family recently.
Shawna is a Byron, Georgia-based boudoir photographer who wanted to experience what it was like being the subject of a sensual session as well as celebrate recent life changes. Go to her blog here to read what she has to say about the experience and her message to others thinking about doing a boudoir session.

“Doing a boudoir session should be something you choose to do for yourself.” – Shawna.
Every boudoir photography site I’ve seen always starts out with the premise that you should do a boudoir session “for that special someone.” Well, you know what? I’m going to buck against that. You know what I think? I think the most important reason why a woman should consider doing a boudoir session is to do it for themselves.
You DO matter, you ARE worth it, and you ABSOLUTELY deserve it. Empower yourself.
More images after the break.

She did it for herself, as should you.
Normally I would post some words about a recent session here in an effort to inspire others. This time, however, I’m going to let Naoma do the talking. Please follow the link below to read, in her own words, about why she decided to do a sensual session, and what she thinks of the whole experience. Then please come back to read my take and look at the images.

A hint of things to come.
First, let’s take a minute to appreciate the beauty that is Miss Q. I’ve been looking forward to working with her for almost six years and the results are stunning. More images from our recent session are coming soon so stay tuned for them.
Things have been hectic here for the past few weeks. Something is in the works that will, if goes through, radically change my life in a positive way. I’m not going to say what right now as I don’t want to jinx it. Stay tuned as I’ll know for sure by the new year.
Have no fear, though. I’m still booking sessions and have no plans to stop doing them. I feel my work has been evolving these past few months into something amazing and am excited to see where it goes.

She wanted a pick-me-up after a breakup but I ended up being humbled by the experience.
I’ve known Miss M for a while on social media. We started chatting online one day after she made a post about women and cars that I agreed with and we started a conversation. That discussion opened the door to another photo session that should be coming along shortly. Stay tuned for that.
During one chat she said she loved my boudoir work and was thinking of doing a session. She came out of a relationship recently and wanted to do something that would raise her spirits. Doing this would help her out.

It’s good to be home.
I love being a photographer. It is, in all honesty, my life. If I’m to be even more honest, there are certain topics that I love shooting more than others. I love working with people more than, say take traditional landscapes. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good landscape. Working with people, however, reaches a deeper level of satisfaction.
For me, artistically, black and white form work is my personal acme. It is where I open up and do my best work.
Even the act of photographing it elevates my spirit to a higher plane. All the distractions and white noise of daily life fade away. My mind, which is usually a jumbled mess of a thousand things fighting for my attention at once, goes quiet. I am completely and totally in the present with my focus tuned into a patch of skin a few inches across but really represents it’s own landscape.
